Creating Coachable Players

What is Creating Coachable Players(CCP)?

Creating Coachable Players is a practical, game-changing course designed to help coaches at every level develop smarter, more resilient, and higher-performing athletes — while reducing the risk of injury. Backed by decades of experience in elite sport, this course breaks down the key strategies behind long-term player development, effective performance planning, and safer training practices, all built around real-world coaching environments.

Jeff Krushell, a Sport Science & Athlete Development Specialist, designed this course specifically for the Baseball coach. For years, coaches have been asking Jeff for a resource such as this.

Now, Baseball Canada is proud to partner with Jeff to bring this development program to our coaches, providing access to industry-leading athlete and player development strategies.
